Overview

Campfire Tales films a whole season in two intense weeks — then faces a mountain of footage and a weekly release slot that waits for no one. Previous seasons slipped, and the edit style drifted episode to episode.

We took all 20 episodes end to end: story structure, multi-cam polish, show packaging, thumbnails — plus a short for every episode to feed discovery.

  • 20 episodes, zero missed release dates
  • One show package: opener, chapters, end screens, thumbnails
Approach(a)

A season run like a series, not 20 one-offs

Challenge

Scale without drift

Twenty episodes from different shoot days had to feel like one show with one arc and one look.

Solution

Season bible first

We wrote the arc map, opener, chapter system and thumbnail formula before cutting episode one.

Execution

Rolling delivery

Two episodes polished per week with batched reviews, so the release calendar never waited on feedback.

Outcome

A bingeable season

Session watch time climbed episode over episode, ending at +88.9m views for the season.
